Instruction and Training
In addition to providing physical security, ESC Global Security trains ship-owner management (chief security officer, fleet manager etc) and the crew:
- In mental vigilance and awareness;
- Security excercises and drills;
- Security awareness training;
- Anti-piracy training;
- Overview of preventive measures;
- Vessel protection basics.
The crew is always trained and coached at the beginning of the trip. The drills teach the crew how to assist the security team and how to take cover in combat situations. ESC Global Security experienced protection teams are able to alleviate stress and inspire people, which will increase the crews ability
to withstand stressful situations.
