ESC is certified to provide security measures on board Croatian ships 25.03.2014
As of 19th of March 2014, ESC complies with the requirements of Conditions to be Met by Legal Persons Providing Services of Embarkation of Armed Security Personnel on Board of Croatian Ships (Official Gazette No. 123/12).
As a result and subject to compliance with the provisions of the Conditions, ESC Global Security is now allowed to implement additional security measures on board Croatian ships. ESC is allowed:
- to embark on, transport by and disembark from Croatian ships the private ship security guards;
- to load, transport by, and unload from Croatian ships the firearms and special security equipment;
- to permit the private ship security guards to use firearms and special security equipment when Croatian ships are transiting high-risk areas.
